The data involved is made up of a control, pre-intervention and post intervention categorical results. Differences between control and pre-intervention have been done, as well as differences between control and the post-intervention. The results are given along side p-values. How do I go about the interpretation of the DID column?
Hi James, I tried to look for information about this and did not get very far. I am not a SAS user anymore. It did not help that I wasn't sure exactly what PROC you are using and what option(s) to run your model. I could not find anything specifically about this on the SAS site. Often they have "white papers" on advanced statistical topics that help explain the statistics behind the procedures. Another place to look is the UCLA stats web site, which explains a lot of statistics, but, again, without knowing what you were doing, I could not find anything. I am not a big fan of DID in general--it's more popular with economists, but I have never come across it with categorical measures. Best, Bob
