What do you mean with TEM-XRD? Which kind of crystallography you are planning to deduce?

As far as I understand, you wish to correlate your XRD data with TEM results. For that, you have to identify the crystallographic planes presents in your XRD pattern. Also, perform selected-area electron diffraction (SAED) of the samples and identify the planes and correlate both the results. Please see the attached doc file for help.
