You can use the following code to set up a pattern for each group. You will need both the ggplot2 and ggpattern packages.
ggplot(data, aes(group, x)) + geom_bar_pattern(stat = "identity", pattern_color = "white", pattern_fill = "black", aes(pattern = group))
This should give you the desired result.
