I was instructed by my boss to try reproducible liposome using different techniques. the size varies from 30 nm to 110 nm, when repeated. my boss keep pushing me to work hard to reproduce but it won't working at all.

first step: high pressure homogenizer
second step: high pressure filtration 50 or 100 nm filters
For low production scale a homogenizer or extruder works. For a large scale, reproducible production, microfluidics is nowadys the golden standard.
