I want to treat my cells with ceramide 1-phosphate.
I have reviewed the literature for possible ways but none seems clear enough.
Does anyone have any recommendation on how to deliver c1p intracellularly into the cells? Do cells take it if c1p is added exogenously to the culture medium at a particular concentration and what questions does that raise regarding its interaction with cellular receptors?
