Insights into which specific cell lines express A1 and A2a receptors which are associated with Alzheimer's Disease?

I am interested in knowing a range of cell lines which express these receptors naturally and are easily available. Also I would like to know a protocol to study specific receptor expression in a cell line just by seeing the level of expression (up or down regulated). Any help will be highly appreciated.
