Inducible promoter for a genetic construct in the mitochondria of yeast

I want to construct an S. cerevisiae strain with a mitochondrial genetic construct that expressed under some easily inducible promoter, like the lac operon promoter or something similar.

Can anyone think of something like that that's been done?

And about the lac operon, can IPTG enter the mitochondria?
