I make agarose gels to check my digestions, but it seems that on every gel I run big white 'blobs' occur. We already tried several things like changing agarose supplier, changing preparation method of samples etc.. But it still keeps happening. We use Serva G for DNA staining. We see it always at the bottom of the gels, but in this particular image you can also see it happen in the lanes where the samples are loaded. Please help me get an explanation for this.
