Hi Thuvaraka Ware . Are all of your reagents and consumables endotoxin/pyrogen free?

The main problem with doing LPS experiments is that it is everywhere and on everything and your PBMCs may already have been activated during the isolation procedure. No amount of added LPS will activate them more once they have been exposed.
