We know that plant is an eukaryotic-type organism. But sometimes, I imagine what will happen if we can remove the nuclear membrane of plant cell and then turn plant anatomy into prokariotic-type cell?
Plants have achieved their present level because of eukaryotic nature. In absence of definite nucleus, chloroplasts and mitochondrion (feature of prokaryotic cell) they will appear like bacteria and cyanobacteria.
But bacteria is a unicelular and prokaryotic organism. If plant turn to be a prokaryotic organism and it is still a multicelular organism, is there another effect?
