How to deal with this problem?
Example I have 10 sample, and I use duplo method. And we have a target for our sample's CV is under 5%
In the 7th sample, the coefficient of variance is more than 5%, but it happened only in the 7th sample. In this case, another sample is fine (CV less than 3%).
Do you have any idea what is going on?
It is important to know the nature of the analysis you are performing.
But in my expirience the 7th sample may contain an interferent with the analyte or analites you are folowing.
It could be a temporary temperature increase (sun exits a cloudy sky) or anything else that affects (opening a door, clicking your heels together 3 times...) the rate of the color reaction.
you should be told us about the nature of your sample, and nature of the analyzer instrument to solve this problem
