MXenes could be deployed in the fabrication of perovskite solar cells as buffer layer, and electrode materials etc. In which way these materials will affect the overall performance of perovskite solar cells?
More recent research has focused on replacing silicon altogether by stacking two kinds of perovskite cells. Study of the material has shown that it could boost the efficiency of solar cells by 30 percent. To make them, engineers have been adding a metal, in most cases a lead-tin mixture.
At first I would like to thank you for your useful questions.
Two dimensional layers of Mxebes can be used to seal the perovskite
CH3NH3PbCl3 from being attacked by oxygen or water vapor form the environment. So, it cam be used for environmental protection of the environment sensitive perovskite material. I can also serve for surface passivation of the perovskite and hence reduce the interface recombination and enhance the solar cells performance.
Dear Hasan Abbas this is a very interesting and timely technical question. In addition to the helpful answers provided by Hadi Jabbar Alagealy and Abdelhalim abdelnaby Zekry I suggest that you have a look at the following potentially useful article entitled:
MXenes for Solar Cells
Article MXenes for Solar Cells
This is a review article which has been published very recently in February 2021. The paper has been posted by the authors as public full text on RG. Thus it can be freely downloaded as pdf file. The review summarizes in detail the developments and applications of the Ti3C2Tx MXene as additive, electrode and hole/electron transport layer in solar cells.

I hope this helps. Good luck with your research and best wishes, Frank Edelmann
You can use in all way in perovskite. For example if you use it as buffer layer, it will stop moisture penetration within perovskite. If you want to use as passivating material. Then it will reduces holes in perovskite leading to better morphology and better crystal growth and result in reduce recombination and improved morphology.
