I need to suspend it in water and need that solvent acting as a medium which will be solubilizing my compound in water. 

It is not solubilizing in THF,  neither with DMSO, but is soluble only in chloroform, which can not be used for suspending my compound in water.

Could there be any specific concentration range working in dissolving it in solvents along with increased temperature range?
