While synthesising nanocomposite material by blending one component over another, it was observed that if amount of components is doubled/increased without increasing blending time (i.e., kept same), the binding between components was less. Should the blending time also be doubled or increased?

Blending time should be constant whether you are using the appropriate/more/less nanomaterial depending on the thermal stability of both thermoplastic and nanomaterial. If you use more amount of filler then it might agglomerated and properties of nanocomposite may be reduced.
