I have synthesized silver nanoparticles using neem, papaya, sodium borohydride and sodium citrate as the reducing and capping agents. After centrifugation, washing and sonication my nanoparticles tend to aggregate and settle down and are not in a single cell suspension which then leads in erroneous results during cytotoxicity assays such as MTT as the size of AgNPs is too big. Please suggest in which solvent shall I dissolve my nanoparticles ?
