While performing the comparative analysis of different piezoelectric materials for biomedical applications, I came across the following hysteresis loop. This loop represents two different piezoelectric polymers, PVDF, and PVDF-TRFE, Considering the biomedical applications, which among them can be regarded to be better curve?
The better hysteresis correspond to loop with higher saturation magnetization due to his possibilty application in biomedicine for example or higher coercivity Hc which confirm a hard material or lower coercivity in case of soft materials...., in summary, the better hysteresis is the hysteresis loop gives interesting informations on given material. Based on the litterature, you can understand what is explain each hysteresis response, except in case of unusual behaviors.....
In the previous reply the author is is mistaken, these are not magentization vs. field curves, they rather pertain to polarisation and electrostictive strain data of a piezoelectric.
Looks like you are comparing the electrostrictive strain and polarisation versus electric field.
The uploaded curves cannot be seen completely, to make any useful comment.
