While performing the comparative analysis of different piezoelectric materials to study their applications in the biomedical sector, I came across the following graph. The hysteresis loop in the given figure has been plotted for two different materials, PZT and BaTiO3. Out of both of them, which can be considered to be a more optimum material considering the biomedical applications.
It depends what you want for your Biomedical applications.
Compared to BaTiO3, your measurements show PZT is definitely better, with larger spontaneous polarization, and remnant polarization.
The data for AlN cannot be seen in the figure in blue color.
Th loop which has low loss (tan Delta) is better for sensor applications. From the data it is clearly indicating that PZT shows better hysteresis behaviour than BaTiO3
