However, let add some points, when you say “In vitro modelling for renal cell cancer”. By in vivo, I believe you mean cells cultivated in lab, not extracted from humans (that would be in vivo). By modeling, you mean ‘mathematical modeling’, which can give you in silico data.

When you say “Cell toxicity study”, I believe you mean cancer induced cases.
With a model at hand, you could for instance simulate how this toxicity progress, I have seen some studies for liver, in which models were used to understand how cell toxicity by drug could be simulated in silico, and then compared with in vivo and in vitro.
