For a static system which is linear w.r.t the unknown parameters, it is well-known that Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) can be employed to determine the parameters which can not be identified. For dynamic systems (I mean systems that continuously system is actuated and responses are registered) is there any method which recursively compares new data with previous overall results and make new results easily.
To make my question more clear, I can compare my question with the case of ordinary Least Square (LS) method which can be used for a dynamic system recursively to obtain Recursive Least Squares (RLS)
