In the case of the original FED, in the ON state, applying a positive voltage to GS (the gate adjacent to the source) and a negative voltage to GD (the gate adjacent to the drain) while Vds is positive forward biases the FED. im getting the current values as milli amps.

Reversing gate voltage polarities while keeping the same Vds results in the OFF state.for this also i am getting current values in milli amps.how to solve this problem?
