I am using stone columns near a structure in liquified soil to mitigate liquefaction. But when I put the stone columns, they do not do anything. And there is no change in the excess pore water pressure of the tunnel. I need to know why the stone column does not affect the structure's excess pore water pressure. And How I can solve this problem?

I build the model using Plaxis 2d. I use UBC3D PLM to simulate liquefied soil in the program. The permeability of the soil is 86.40 m/day and the permeability of the stone column is 8640 m/day.
