The reason for nonspecific bands lies in the process of primer annealing. but don't worry solutions are manifold. first use "primer blast" through ncbi to check the specifity of your primers. Then set a temperature gradient to see if the annealing temperature is right or not. then check for the concentration primers, mgcl2 , and DNA. decereasing the concentration of primers may settle your problems. Higher number of PCR cycles also can create nonspecific bands.

Try to reduce the stringency of the buffer. I would recommend you to use DMSO, in a concentration range between 6-12 %.
