Difficult to tell. Considering the anatomical position, the gonad in the right looks like a testis (small), while in the left, an immature ovary (larger). Coul you provide the histological analysis? Never seen this before...
The histological observation of that tesis tissue shown no sperm cell differentiation and it resembles kind of liver tissue. In my observation the toxicant that induce testicular cancer.
In this case what is the next step to confirm that. The histological images will be added later.

If you treated male zebrafish with pesticides, it is quite a normal reaction. Pesticides are widely known endocrine disruption chemical (EDC) which mimic natural estrogens, attach to the sex steroid receptors and also provoke many abnormalities such as intersex gonads. Of course, the histological analysis is crucial in this matter.
