I with co-authors included almost all a table from other paper in a paper that we are going to submit, but we are not sure if we need permision for copyright to reproduce the table or is only necesary indicate the refrence of the table?
It depends on the copyright law in the country you will publish your paper (and perhaps also in the country the cited paper was published). In some countries it may be sufficient to give a reference, but you will be on the save side if you ask for permission to copy larger parts of a paper like a figure or a (nearly) complete table. See also this discussion which mentions tables: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Who-owns-the-copyright-of-data-materials-of-a-research-article-Is-citation-sufficient-to-avoid-probable-copyright-claims
If the table is purely a repetition of the same table from another paper by another author, you may clearly indicate the source just below the table to give the credit to the original author. If its a reproduction from a technical guideline or a book even then indicate the original source under the table.
