I have attached the solubility parameters of the solvents you had mentioned in your question as a .xlsx sheet. You should be able to find Ro of the solvents through literature search. Using the HSPs provided, you can use the equation from the Handbook link provided above and calculate Ra value.
Using Ra and Ro, the Relative Energy Difference (RED) value can be found by the formula RED= Ra/Ro. Higher the value, lower the miscibility of the solvents and vice versa.
