I've already tried to use Adachi's model but for some reason, it doesn't work on my simulation. When I plot the results for the imaginary index, it's zero.
Does anyone have an idea to get data with this model using Atlas?
Or have the values for "n" and "k" to input in an ASCII file directly?

I suggest you should define the parameters manually using the material statement after referring the literature. If .nk file for InGaN is not included even in the latest version of ATLAS then it can't be found anywhere else.

I didn't found the .nk file in sopra database or online, so I'm calculating the values in mathematica to build the .nk ASCII file. I hope this works.
What mathematical model you are using to calculate? You can use the different databases as well like refractiveindex.info

I can't give you the InGaN .nk files that I use, but I can tell you that you can make them in the same format as above and save them with the rest of the silvaco sopra files. For me this is located in /tcad-baseline/lib//common/sopra/

I've calculated "n" with Adachi's model and "k" from absorption coefficient like G.F. Brown reported in 2010. Then, I created an ASCII file that Atlas imports with the "index.file" command and this worked. I think it will works too if I put the .nk file in sopra's folder just like Matthew says; I'm gonna try with that.
