I'm looking for the "n" and "k" values for InGaN to modeling a solar cell in Silvaco Atlas,can anyone help?

I've already tried to use Adachi's model but for some reason, it doesn't work on my simulation. When I plot the results for the imaginary index, it's zero. Does anyone have an idea to get data...
