Research on parental and social support among high school students in need in Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India, demonstrates the significant impact of these support mechanisms on academic performance and psychological well-being (Hossaini, et al., 2016). The article concludes that parental engagement is linked to higher academic strides, increased motivation, and mental soundness among teenagers, especially in communities that suffer from fiscal and educational crises. It highlights the fact that in Erode District-parental support usually encompasses academic coaching and motivation. Adolescents' consistency and brighter futures are influenced by feedback (Vakilian et al., 2021).
The lack of opportunity for students to repeat a specific academic year restricts the Studys' practical application. This analysis also stresses how the direct academic involvement and care of parents externally in this district can significantly impact the social and emotional well-being of high school youngsters (Rajendran, & Sathiyaseelan, 2016). When there are emotional demands in adolescence and the school curriculum does not cater to their requirements, there is a high likelihood of mental health issues (Collishaw et al., 2016).
Therefore, school programs that offer early career path opportunity to some adolescents will be beneficial social implications. Moreover, this article presents the central role of peer, teacher, and community support in fostering resilience among underserved teenagers, recognize the unique needs of these adolescents and address their demand, so they enjoy good psychological health. Teachers ought to be trained to recognize and manage teenagers that have been traumatized by a peer (Rajendran, & Sathiyaseelan, 2016). In this vein, school counsellors would need to conduct workshops at the beginning of each school year focused on informing the teachers of basic psychological health and wellbeing.
