If I am given an authority to distribute COVID-19 vaccine, then I will distribute it among scientists and researchers, initially. I think they do the noblest of all the human activities. So their survival is of prime importance.
I think, healthcare workers are the most risky group and should be vaccinated first. Subsequently, elderly and immunosuppressed patients with poor COVID 19 prognosis should be vaccinated.
To start with, the vaccine against SARS-CoV2 should be made available to all people. However, in terms of priorities, elderly people, health personnel, immunocompromized patients and those with certain systemic diseases such as diabetes should be vaccinated first.
First priority must be given for scientists&researhers although they’re not mentioned in the question bec.they’re sacrifiers, followed by health care workers, the’re at high risk, then immune compromised patients with certain systemic diseases&elderly people with low immunity
For me its the health workers first followed by others. The people treating others (health workers) must be health in order to improve the health condition for others
