Decisions made to develop a university is dependent on the issues / problem it encounters as well as its SWOT. I will line up initiatives roadmap for the university after assessing its current state vs aspired future state.
To work on opening up many horizons in the internal development of the University's organizational, administrative and scientific structure, as well as external development and the application of the system of compatibility with the international universities.
