Sorry, but the answer is no. Of course, stoichiometric pure dolomite contains 50% magnesite component. An excess of the magnesite component is not a complete rarity. The ordering of the dolomite is not evaluated according to the position of the strongest line (104), but according to the ratio of the intensities of the weaker lines (015) and (110). The lower the intensity (015), the more likely it is a so-called proto-dolomite. There is a lot of literature on this, I am looking at some.
