Both of them have good photo-catalytic activity. However, antase is known to be more efficiently separate photo-excited charge carriers than rutile. I recommend the following article for you to read

Besides, a mix between antase & rutile is commercially known as Degussa P25 and many references mentioned that it has a greater photo-catalytic activity and currently there is so many articles investigate in enhancing the photo-catalytic activity of TiO2.
