If the MgCO3 mole % of lacustrine dolomite equals 61%, Is it a stoichiometric dolomite ? And why there is an increase of MgCO3% more than normal??

Peak (104) of this type of dolomite is at (31. 36) 2-theta...with d-spacing (2.85017) angstrom ....and it is highly ordered dolomite.
