If surface area of MOF is lower then 15 m2/g then what other aspects can be responsible for high electrochemical performance in supercapacitor?

In literatures, MOFs are considered as efficient materials because of their high specific surface area.

But the MOF, which i have prepared is showing good performance besides its lower surface area.

So, What other parameters can be responsible for this ?

The higher electrochemical performance in supercapacitors does not always depend upon surface area. A high surface area contributes to EDLC but may not ensure a high pseudo capacitance. In your synthesized MOF, I think the higher electrochemical performance is due to the pseudo-capacitance response of MOF not from EDLC.
