Suppose high temperature (200-400 C) and pressure (1-20 atm). Will this process be an artificially accelerated weathering? rock/soil/and/clay of typical global surface composition may be assumed (i am intentionally not becoming too specific)

This kind of reaction depend on some factores such as the mineralogical composition of the soil and the degree of resistance to weathering..
In your work Its exclude to produce Carbonate in case of low concentration of Calcium in the media and low value of PH.

Pegmatic (pegmatites) rocks contain silicocarbontate minerals. These rocks are igneous in origin hence your hypothetical scenario could be possible. But actual tests need to be carried out to be sure about it. But you need some elements to lower the temperature of solidification under high vapor pressure.
