If I'm testing for multiple disorders in two groups and comparing their prevalence between the two groups, do I use logistic regression?

For example, if I test group A for diseases X, Y and Z; then test group B for X, Y, Z and want to compare if there is a statistically significant difference between the groups in the rates of X, Y, Z what is the best statistical test?

Can I use a Chi-square test comparing each of X, Y, Z individually between the groups or do I have to use a logistic regression?
