Hello everyone, I am currently investigating immunosupressive effects of plant extracts on healthy human PMBC. So far I have stimulated them with PHA, and treat them with a range of plant dose (I also have untreated and unstimulated controls). To analyse cell proliferation, I use CFSE while viability i used PI stain.

So far the data i get is proliferation index if cells (by using Modfit) and cell death %. Is there anything I could get from flowcytometer based on the stain i used?
