For the qualitative research use point of saturation to decide the sample size. In this case sample size is not decided in advance. During data collection when you find that there is no new information is coming out then your point of saturation has been achieved.
For the quantitative part, you can use software G-Power (It is freely available) to compute the sample size.
A little technicality regarding some of the inputs might disturb you. Yet, it is the safe way to compute sample size
