So, you can go through literature and select few microRNA, mostly studied in context of cancer. After that you retrieve good amount of info from miRNA databases about your selected microRNA and develop a story with new angles and twist which will come up as project. one miRNAs works as cancer promoter as well as suppressor in different cancer type. So, study can be start from, role of miRNA in cancer to cancer detection. To a higher end, you can perform Next generation sequencing, mircoarray with breast cancer cells or tissue samples which will give huge amount of miRNA and their network data, then itself will be big project
