We use a commercial kit for mycoplasma testing of our cell cultures by PCR. If anybody would be willing to share oligo sequences and PCR conditions, this would save a lot of money. Thanks in advance.

In our common cell culture facility people always put bleach in the waste bottles. It stays there for weeks - thus I assume it has not much activity, but we inhale plenty of chlorine gas. Suggestions?
