I would like to know if the excel file that I have attached is correct.

Our study modified an adsorbent in which a nanoparticle was coated by HZSM5. The HZSM5 is a type of zeolite while the nanoparticle is Fe2O3. And I use XRD pattern to compute the crystallite size of the adsorbent. Below is the equation of Scherrer Equation:

B(2θ) = (0.9)*λ/(L*cos θ)

Where:

B(θ) is the average crystallite size of

  - 0.9 is the Scherrer’s constant (0.9 is the Scherrer's constant that is use in other journals in computing ZSM5 crystallite size

  - λ is the wavelength of the X-ray beam used (1.54056 A)

  - L is is the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the diffraction peak (I use Origin 6 to determine the FWHM)

The excel file is the one that I have computed. And the video is how I determine the FWHM using origin 6. If there are information that I have miss, kindly let me know.

Thank you and hoping for your insightful response.
