Enter 'subject area' (i.e. Finance or Banking) to filter your results. Most of the publications indexed in Scopus belong to Elsevier and I believe that almost all of them do not have author charges unless they are open access. However, it is recommended to read the information on the website (selected journal's) carefully if the journal is new to you.
SJR is neither a journal nor a publisher. SJR (https://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php) is a journal ranking database/portal (Scimago also ranks institutions, countries, etc.). Yes, as suggested by Walaa, you can also use SJR to select a Scopus indexed journal as SJR includes journals indexed by Scopus. However, there may be delays of updating the SJR list.
Kindly go through the scopus source list. Hope you will be able to find a suitable journal as per your domain. Information regarding Article Publishing fee are usually mentioned in the journal websites although most of them are free unless you opt for open access for your article.
