I would like to observe or prove the bidentate shape of a cadmium complex with two (Cysteine Alanine Cysteine ) tripeptides by a spectroscopic method?

Theoretically the peptides attack the cadmium via Sulfur groups, and a tetrahedral complex is the favoured one. But I am not sure about the type of Spectroscopic method which can be used for such a purpose. Do you have any Idea about it please? Thank you.
