does adding Triton to the bacterial culture medium prevents the formation of inclusion bodies and lead to an increase in protein solubility in the cytoplasm?
Also, recently, I found a(n older) paper about addition of ethanol, but I haven't tried it

In addition, I recently read here on ResearchGate, that the problem may not be necessarily with the expression, but cell lysis with ultrasound. It should help to add ammonium sulphate to prevent aggregation.
Triton can be used to solubilize inclusion antibodies, but I'm not sure if it helps prevent their formation during culture. In theory it could because it's a detergent, but its concentration inside the cell may be very minimal, so the effect is in doubt: https://lab.plygenind.com/how-to-solubilize-and-refold-inclusion-bodies-a-practical-guide
