My answer was to mention that one can use analytical solutions to estimate the performance before using the simulator.

As for the simulators you can use the simulators to solve for the solar cells as Devendra Kc hinted as well as you can use SIVACO TCAD.

Muhammad Aleem Zahid , You may try Lumerical FDTD to analyze the reflection and transmission pattern of the cell and then carry over the generation pattern to Lumerical Charge package (if 3D analysis required) or SCAPS 1D ( if 1D electrical analysis will suffice). I have performed FDTD analysis in some of my research to study the transmission pattern using Lumerical FDTD package.
