I usually treat the cells for maximum 3 days, what i usually do is that i seed for 24 hrs (180uL cell suspension in each well (96-well plate) and then on the next day i add the treatment on top of the cell suspension (20ul for each well), but now i need the treatment to stay for 6 days, what's the best method? shall i remove the media+ drug after 3 days and add new media with fresh drug for the remaining 3 days (but this might affect if some of the cells are still deattached? because i cant keep cell suspension+drug for straight 6 days.
