I am developing a senor to detect hybridization and I need to be sure that when I will add my complementary (or not) nucleic acid it will not adsorb on the surface. Or, do you have other method of immobilization that doesn't need to fictionalize the DNA.

Western-blot or southernblot grade Non-Fat Milk Powder. you should optimize the washing solution.

tween20 can interact easily with CNTs or graphene surface. i used before for blocking un-reacted CNTs surface for Bio-FET. Let me know If you need any help for the functionalisation of graphene.

Hi Mouna, did you figure out the non-specific problem with your devices. I have the same problem as well :). Tween 20 can compete with the your DNA probe. So, I am trying another blocking methods .
