Research is usually published in scientific journals, not in magazines, and what is a global IF, ? The Global impact factor site does not mention the origin of the body that calculates this measure. and many indicators mentioned in their site are not measurable for all types of journals.

Not really , it is all about the way you present with proper case studies . Select the problem and specifically look at the journal , IF is not that significant . Your paper should match the kind of publications they have done .

I think it depends on which journal you want to publish. There are some very strict and others more accessible.
