I kept my primary antibody incubation at 5 degrees overnight and rocker stopped working. What should i do? Should i proceed with the washings or put the antibody rocking again at room temperature ?? For an hour or two?? Any probable suggestions pls..

you can go ahead with putting the blot in antibody solution at room temperature for 15 min only at rocking shaker. then wash and carry on with your protocol.

Proceed with WB. use this rocker during day time. They never had rockers when I was in AIIMS. Good Luck
