The seismic response analysis is to be done only for the foundation soil of low to medium rise structures and not for the structure, also I need to find the amount of damping provided by composite materials in the foundation soil.

if you see the structure of QUAD4M software it is only made for 2D site response analysis of soil layers or foundation along with that. What if you want to do a site reponse analysis for a soil-structure system with a 2 storey symmetrical structure. How can you model beam and column elements along with standard live or dead loads on it in the QUAD4M software.
